Renewal of Annual Travel Insurance Policy

Due to a new medical condition the renewal of my annual holiday insurance policy was denied. Their was no explanation - it appeared to be 'computer says no' and that was that. However, the option of a single trip policy was explored and then I was placed on hold. When the operator came back on line I was advised that I was able to be offered an annual policy and the previous denial was a 'glitch' in the system. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
