When notified about my renewal I had information that was needed to be submitted to my policy whilst on the phone the lady who dealt with me was outstanding in her assistance telling me of my increased price but was very clear that if I wanted to change to another company she would give me the phone numbers I felt that was what you call customer service Reviewed on: 4th July 2025
