Amazing

Foreign customer advisors favour their own country customers and phone issue

Terrible service when in stores especially when Polish or Eastern European people are working in the shop they feel they can allow fellow Polish or Eastern European customers ahead of you because they are from the same country this has happens in the Luton store especially and the amount of times they are serving customers while they have on their mobile phones and messaging is disgusting, just seems disrespectful that because customers are desperate to get a loan we get a lower level of service.
