Its not a bank. Easy to set up and withdrawals are quick and straightforward. You get annual dividends instead of interest. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Convenient, and always a friendly service!

It is always very easy to access my money, by withdrawing cash, or by bank transfer which are arranged very quickly. There are always friendly faces serving at my local branch, and I can also go to other branches. Reviewed on: 21st August 2021

Always there for the community

I have saved with Credit Union for over 15 years now I know if I need them they are there for me. Serving the community at the times they need them, at affordable rates, with realistic payments and honest advice thinking about the customer first rather than what they can sell to you. Kind caring staff who help whenever they can. In a true sense of the work a community bank for the Community originating from the community ! Reviewed on: 20th August 2021

Great customer service and savings opportunities

The staff and products at Hull and East Yorkshire Credit Union have made it much easier for me to save and I am well on my way to being able to afford a deposit on a house thanks to them! Reviewed on: 19th August 2021

HEY is excellent and highly recommended

I’ve been a member since the beginning and have always saved with HEY Credit Union. I have had loans before which really helped me when needed. Excellent accessibility for me from Hull to Driffield. Fair, friendly family banking

I’ve banked and saved with credit union for around 15 years, first in Leeds and now in Hull. Their customer care is excellent and their rates are really reasonable! A great bank with great ethics! Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

Excellent customer experience

Awesome
