Great customer service

HJ have always given a prompt response to queries and its been easy to get past the initial AI bot and correspond with an actual agent. Much better than the actual bank I work for! Their app is easy to use and my whole family loves it. We particularly like that we can set spending limits and restrict vendors on our kids card and that transactions appear straightway, so we never forget what we have spent Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
