IG is my go to trading platform .

IG is my go to trading platform - its intuitive and looks good. Placing orders and getting filled is never an issue unlike some platforms (ahem IBKR). Huge range of markets and low spreads. Excellent analysis from the team too. Cant say I have had much of a need for the customer service but they do run events in-person and online which are always excellent. I met some of the team in Manchester and they were a very good reflection of their brand. Reviewed on: 20th January 2025

Amazing service.

I am a UK customer. IG has great customer service from people you can clearly tell are in the UK, not in some call centre somewhere in India with the bare minimum grasp of English. The IG service is very simple easy to use, and reliable. I have been using IG for 6 years now and they have never let me down. Amazing service. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
