A company that really understands the real risks of travelling with a cancer diagnosis. Most companies would either not ensure me or quoted ludicrous premiums. Absolutely over the moon that I managed to find insurance with for my mum. I can’t explain enough how much it meant for me and my family finding this company. My mum has stage 4 cancer but currently not on any treatment, her cancer is growing but no treatment at the moment, yet other companies were charging thousands as though she was a huge risk just due to having cancer. We didn’t think she would be able to ever go on holiday again as it isn’t adorable to be paying over £3k for insurance for 5 days in Spain. Finding this company brought so much join to us being able to spend such a fabulous few days in Spain and make lasting memories with my mum and paying less than £100 for the insurance with all cancer notes being added and approved as being covered. Have used insurancewith since my husband diagnosed with cancer our normal company would not cover us ! Only once have we had to make a claim and it was very easy we had the evidence to support the claim, claim paid very quickly Best customer service and so empathetic Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
