Had to unfortunately cancel our holiday 3 days before we were due to leave as my 92 year old mum suffered a heart attack The insurance claim was handled quickly after the relevant paper work was supplied to them Very understanding in the circumstances at a stressful time and we were able to re book another holiday later in the year but most important my mum is fine and just celebrated her 93rd birthday Reviewed on: 31st August 2019

On a recent trip Florida, my wife fell ill. We ended up in A&E. Insuratrip were fabulous and we received all our expenditure back, less the excess. Still insured by them now. Reviewed on: 30th August 2019
