Poo customer service

Had mobile stolen whilst at the Olympics in Rio and even though we had the additional insurance to cover the item we are still trying to get our money. They do not respond to emails and we are still chasing payment even though our claim goes back to August last year! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017

Straightforward

Easy application

The annual renewal of our travel insurance was so straightforward and easy to do.the costs are clear and it was simple to add extra cover for things like cruise cover. I loaded the policy onto my phone which saves carrying documents around Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Happy holiday
