The buying process is very easy as is the Medical Screening, albeit a little time consuming for the screening. The quoted prices are really competitive and the policies are understandable and clear. Will use again. Reviewed on: 7th August 2018

Comprehensive cover

Easy experience to buy online. Very competitively priced. I chose cruise cover which was very comprehensive and tailored to your needs. Obviously hard to tell how good an insurance company is unless you have to make a claim (which fingers crossed I won't need to) but initial experience very satisfactory. Thank you. Great Insurance at a great price

I had to sort insurance out for a holiday with my elderly mother, who has had and survived cancer and currently has diabetes. I compared many different insurances, and Insuratrip came out the best value for the policy I needed, it was also extremely easy to sort out. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Online experience good. Really made easy for customers dropdown list of illnesses and medication made easy. I also made a telephone call to the office as could not get my printer to work and the very next day received my policy in the post. Also the lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Emergency Assistance Facilities department are and absolute joke, I have never experienced such a poor level of service. They have refused to Repatriate my Mother with a broken hip and have allowed her to spend 3 nights in a dire hospital to then be moved to another hospital where the operation has yet again been delayed. They will not return calls or emails and are doing everything possible to make sure they are not liable for anything. I can't stress enough DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 26th June 2018
