Amazing!

Great company! I just spoke to a customer service lady called Michelle and she honestly was a breathe of fresh air! She was so nice and extremely helpful! And also when I called back for help a gentlemen called Zac was also very helpful! Its nice to finally find an insurance company with lovely staff! I'll definitely be renewing! Fantastic customer service

good today bad as a whole

Mostly good

Good company staff are friendly on the phone ,only thing I would say bad is that when I tried to make a debit card payment on the day day my payment was due they said they couldn't take payment until account was in arrears so I ended up with a £30 charge even though I tried to make the payment on due day by card as direct debit got cancelled Reviewed on: 13th June 2017
