It says a lot when, every time you have a question related to insurance, you immediately think of that one person as your 'go to'. Over the years I have been in communication with many different insurance specialists, so I have a lot of experience in this area, and I can, hand on heart, write that my 'go to' person is Alison Melia, an account manager within your organisation. It's not just me either, many people I work alongside say the same. Alison is an individual who has built solid relationships with customers, based on experienced customer service skills, in-depth product knowledge, rapid and efficient response to any query and a rather cheeky sense of humour that makes it all a little bit more fun.
