Awful company

They never answer the phone. They never answer emails. The app is awful, and it’s so buggy. Customer service is terrible when they do answer the phone they just cut you off all they are rude to you. Reviewed on: 27th June 2023

Disgusting performance, unreliable when called upon to help and when Ingot another company to fix my problem they showed me all the silicone applied to joints in my boiler. Took time and effort (and therefore money) to resolve their incompetence and they just don’t care. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023
