Awful company

They never answer the phone. They never answer emails. The app is awful, and it’s so buggy. Customer service is terrible when they do answer... They never answer the phone. They never answer emails.     My insurance was due for renewal and I was going to stay with my present provider. Then I got a quote from British Gas. It's...
