Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Great cover at a great price with excellent customer service

The first most obvious advantage of this cover was the competitive price and the globe reach. Then the customer service proved to be excellent: as this was my first time taking out sport insurance, I needed a bit more extra time and explanations on some details and procedures and I was guided through with friendly, understanding approach.
