For example: we wanted to make a couple of lump sum payments, they clearly explained the difference between reducing mortgage time and reducing the monthly payments - to save overall on interest based on our forecast situation. All departments seem to work well together, and understand their fields with overlap of knowledge (or at least were able to redirect us efficiently to a member who could help). Strongly recommend.
