Smart, Simple, Slick

The whole experience has been incredibly smooth. Their app and site are top notch, with not a single issue arising. The UX is exemplary and the explanation of how your money is invested is clear and simple. The portfolios seem to be well managed with steady growth and good performance. I also feel updated by the the “in a nutshell” articles that keep users in the know, and informed on the decisions made. For a first timer, I’m really enjoying this experience. Highly recommend

When first looking into LISAs, Nutmeg sounded like the best stocks and shares option for me, and I have been very pleased with them. Pre-Covid, my investments performed well (up ~10% in a year and a half at a mid risk). Covid obviously impacted the investment heavily, but Nutmeg have recovered the investment well over the past ten months, and the value now exceeds that before the March crash. Additionally to investment performance, Nutmeg are very easy to use, with a straight forward app and website, and clearly defined/explained investment styles and risk levels. Their fees are also relatively low and well explained, and their customer service is helpful. Finally, Nutmeg keep their customers informed with monthly 'investor checkup' videos to explain what's happened in the markets and how Nutmeg have responded. I have recommended Nutmeg to others and would continue to do so. Reviewed on: 30th January 2021

Rookie Investor!

As a novice investor, I am very pleased with the way that Nutmeg explain my portfolio... in a way that I can understand. Also whenever I ring them, whoever answers the phone, deals with me with respect & I don’t feel belittled by my lack of knowledge in the investment world. Great control, visibility and returns.

I wish I had found Nutmeg sooner! I started with an ISA, and after a few years had pulled in other savings. The visibility of what is happening is getting better all the time, linking trends in your fund to real world events. I check in with the app daily to see what is happening. Investing made easy

I’ve got nothing but positive things to say about Nutmeg, from opening an account, to finding the right product/portfolio for your risk rating the process is so simple and clear. I love reading the blogs and investment updates sent via newsletter, helping me to better understand how what’s happening in the world is affecting the value of my investment. Nutmeg regularly check that the risk rating set on my portfolio is still correct, meaning that if my circumstances change they’re reflecting that. They’re always clear that the value of your investment can fall as well as go up, so you always feel informed. Would (and do) recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 30th January 2021

Easy investing

I was recommended nutmeg and have not been disappointed. My returns on my Isa have been far better than when I was with Virgin. The app is great and easy to use, the newsletters and blogs are actually interesting and understandable.
