Outshined by it’s competitors

I’ve established a JSIPP for my son. However the amount of time and effort required to to administer it seems hugely more consuming than any of my other investment accounts (e.g. Nutmeg, ii, Best Invest etc.). The platform and app are fine and the customer service is also adequate. However I just feel like the focus of the company could be improved to align a more closely with future technologies or it will just get outshined by it’s competitors. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

So easy to use.

I looked at many dealing websites before choosing AJ Bell. Weekly shares magazine is excellent and AJ Bell emails are not over the top. Always a joy to read. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
