Very user friendly experience

I recently opened my first stocks and shares ISA with Nutmeg, then decided to transfer my pension to them as well. It was easy to do this and I seem to be getting a competitive return even allowing for recent market volatility. I have also appreciated earning rewards for transferring my pension and recently for opening a Chase bank account. The monthly updates about market conditions are also good. Class service

Outstanding service

Clear, simple and confidence-inspiring online experience

I opened an ISA with Nutmeg, my first experience with an online financial investment provider. I used this account to test the flexibility of the service, to evaluate how clear the information was and, of course, to assess the returns. I found the whole experience so straightforward that I've since opened a second account and recommended Nutmeg to family and friends. Lastly, Nutmeg's monthly briefing emails are helpful to understand the forces that may affect the markets and thus my investments. Reviewed on: 1st February 2022

Seem like a pretty good company

I appreciate that they have an ethical investment option, which is why I chose their LISA. Setting this up was straightforward, and they send me updates of its performance and other information on the state of the stock market, their approach to investment, etc. Reviewed on: 1st February 2022

Transparent, GREAT value, good returns

Customer service here is great, second only to freetrade, but the analytics available that show the breakdown of the portfolio make nutmeg the best performer in my mind. Instant value reports, read made portfolios based on risk, every detail available all for reasonable fees. I just wish they’d add in the ability to buy into other types of fund not just ETFs. Stellar performer. Big fan and happy customer with, so far average returns in excess of 10% per annum (near 40% across 3 years) Reviewed on: 1st February 2022
