The quote you get from Just Travel are usually excellent value for money, as a couple 70+ we rely on getting good cover for our holiday at a reasonable price. If you need to talk to a customer service representative they are always very helpful and solve your issue. Reviewed on: 14th October 2025

I've been using them now for several years & I can honestly say I've had consistently excellent customer service. The representative is always friendly & doesn't rush you to commit, in fact this yr they managed to find me a substantially cheaper option with no reduction in cover. Bravo.
