I was originally recommended to Just Travel several years ago - and have been with them since. I find all aspects of the service received to be superb. In addition to fair and competitive pricing, the treatment I have experienced from the JT team has always been prompt, courteous and openly supportive in tailoring their offering to serve my needs. This includes their care and understanding when I had to forgo a trip at the very last moment due to tragic circumstances. We spoke to Kim who couldn’t do enough to help us choose the right cover for our needs, in fact she was so helpful that instead of putting us on hold she rang us back 20minutes later with a policy which was the best match that she could find. She then explained everything over the phone, emailed the policy and also sent it in the post. We now have peace of mind, thanks to her courteous and polite manner in which she dealt with arranging a insurance cover for us. Thank you Kim for all of your help. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
