Great cover with minimal effort

Quick and helpful response to telephone enquiries. They quickly obtain a clear definition of the conditions to be insured. Cheapest quotes found from a selection of insurers. Three levels of cover (Gold, Silver and Bronze), all readily provided so an informed decision can be made. The easiest way I have come across to find the cover needed at an acceptable price. Simple, straightforward and efficient

Needed an annual travel policy for my wife and myself. As older folk we have a few medical conditions but the process of submitting our requirements and medical ailments was straightforward. Prices were reasonable for the cover offered. Cannot ask for more than that. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Cancellation Claim

Last year we booked a holiday on one of the lovely Hurtigruten Norwegian ships. Unfortunately I had to cancel as was very unwell to travel. The process with Just Travel to cancel and then be reimbursed with the deposit we paid was faultless from start to finish. When I felt I was fit enough to travel again we booked another Hurtigruten adventure and because Just Travel didn’t quibble about anything to cancel the previous holiday, I took out insurance again with them. Fortunately this time everything was ok! Thank you Just Travel - wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022
