Responsive to fix payment problems

I needed to make a large payment quickly for an investment. The protection process kicked in and my funds transfer was delayed in order to make checks. This is not unusual. I was able to contact the bank by 'phone and get matters resolved very quickly. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Amazing very happy with it

Amazing very happy with it even though sometimes when I transferred money into my account they ask every single month where this money has come from even though I have previous issue in them multiple times my bank statements my payslips and that I am full-time working single mother, so it’s annoying when they randomly block it Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
