The people I interacted with were professional and helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions about the products offered and asking for rate checks. I feel that I was able to make a well informed decision about the product to go for due to the helpful, non pushy service I received. I've used L&C mortgages twice now, recommended them to family,friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Efficient and professional.

My mortgage advisor was very thorough and when I told them I need to deal with the mortgage aspect quickly as I was already far into the conveyancing process, they had worked me and their partners to get my application approved. The whole process was seamless and more efficient compared to my original mortgage adviser. Furthermore the timescales provided to me was accurate and I knew what I was expecting along the way. I have used L&C a number of times now. I have recommenede them numerous times. I always get to speak to someone and 98 percent of the time the peron I speak to is able tohelp or put me through to someone who can. Their advisors call when they say they will, respond quickly to questions and have always been polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful. This is the second time I have used L&C to move house and to remortgage I just wouldn’t go anywhere else have recommended all family and friends to L&C they have set the standard of EXCELLENCE! From communication and updates right to the end of completion. Staff are very friendly understanding and give the best advice.
