Consistently excellent from start to finish

My experience with London and Country was consistently excellent. The team responded quickly and helpfully to queries, and held my hand as I tried to understand the ins and outs of remortgaging. They listened to my thoughts and concerns and helped guide me in my decision-making. They gave time and room for thinking, but ensured they kept in contact.
