Good mortgage broker with no fees

London & Country are a good mortgage broker who do not charge fees for their services and assist customers in getting a good deal on a new mortgage. There advisers are typically helpful in my experience. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Over 10 years of using L&C - very happy customer

We used L&C as first time buyers in 2013 and then for every subsequent remortgage, in fact talking to the same advisor every time. The advice we've received has always been crystal clear and practical in order to make decisions about type of mortgage, length of mortgage, type of provider, and so on. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Re-mortgaged 3 times and going to do it again soon.

I have re-mortgaged 3 times using London & Country and am about to do so again. I have always found the service and patience of the advisers to be excellent. One of my re-mortgages was a complicated one that no one else was interested in, but L&C found a provider. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Stress free and great mortage rate

I had a lovely experience with a Broker called Rory he managed to get me into a great 5 year fixed mortage the day before the product was being withdrawn. He managed to sort everything for me and it was stress free in comparison to other companies. The online system is easy to use and upload to. Overall experience was wonderful.
