Stress free and great mortage rate

I had a lovely experience with a Broker called Rory he managed to get me into a great 5 year fixed mortage the day before the product was being withdrawn. He managed to sort everything for me and it was stress free in comparison to other companies. The online system is easy to use and upload to. Overall experience was wonderful. In addition to having a broad range of knowledge of different lenders, L&C have in-depth, detailed knowledge about lender criteria, better even than the lenders themselves in some cases, I discovered! L&C helped to set me up with a fixed rate mortgage 2 years ago and were extremely efficient with regular communications and a good spread of options to choose from.
