I have used London & Country a few times for BTL mortgages, my mortgage advisor is brilliant, he’s knowledgeable, he’s always happy to carry out a rate check in the run up to the switch and if a problem occurs which one has at the fault of the mortgage provider, he was quick to seek a resolution that offered me the reinstatement of being over charged. I am part self-employed and part employed so the prospect of getting a mortgage felt daunting and complicated, especially as a first time buyer. I was recommended London and Country by a colleague and they made the process so much more straight forward. It was so helpful to have a point of contact throughout the process and the ability to ask questions. It was an easy journey from start to finish with their guidance and I now have my new home!
