Expertise that is second to none. In addition to having a broad range of knowledge of different lenders, L&C have in-depth, detailed knowledge about lender criteria, better even than the lenders themselves in some cases, I discovered! L&C helped to set me up with a fixed rate mortgage 2 years ago and were extremely efficient with regular communications and a good spread of options to choose from.
