Great product knowledge, quick decision

The whole process was made easy from start to finish. We'd been refused with another firm but our L&C broker was very knowledgeable of products that would best suit us and secured us the best deal. Our case manager kept us informed throughout the entire process and always responded to any queries we had, very quickly. The portal for uploading documents was very easy to use and allowed us to watch our application progress through the system. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I was a first time buyer and L&C had been mentioned in an article. Once i contacted them they were quick to get in touch and take my details. L&C were able to offer me a better deal than their rivals. This meant I was able to get the mortgage I needed at a competitive rate. The provide an online account where you can track your application which was super helpful. My mortgage advisor, Ellis was great. He was knowledgeable and kept me up to date; midway through the process he even let me know a lower rate was available, we were a few weeks from exchanging and so I was able to quickly switch deals. The mortgage approvals /offers only took a week. I now own my own home which L&C played a massive part in. A stressful process was made manageable. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I have used L & C since purchasing my first home in 2012. Everything L&C customer service has been without issue. They keep me on track with the tasks I have to complete to obtain my mortgage to life insurance. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Real people, real advice, real decisions!

L&C are great - they answers the phone, you talk to a real person and discuss your circumstances in detail. From this you get a proper recommendation quickly and clearly and are open to talking through specific questions and options. They are also open at times that are actually helpful. At a macro level this is great - the world economy is hardly easy to understand especially when mortgage rates are all over the place - while at a micro level when dealing with a young family time to manage such important thingsis often tight.
