Amazing experience from start to finish

Amazing experience from start to finish. My advisor worked incredibly hard to support me in finding a mortgage that could meet my needs. Several previous brokers and direct lenders had turned me down for support but not L&C. They persevered and found me a fantastic deal. More miss than hit

Journey started off really well with the first person who searched and found my mortgage offer. It went downhill rapidly after that. At one point, the person dealing with the next phase told me she had 34 other cases open and what did she want me to do, prioritise mine? This was after not hearing from her for 2 weeks.
