Terrible experience!

I have used L&C a number of times in the past. This time, I did not have a good experience. I had to provide our contact with all the information, I chased things up and looked for new rates and, they ended up securing us on the incorrect rate. Since then, we’ve had awful customer service and very little in the way of a compensation offer. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
