No problems from start to finish, the staff are very friendly but professional at all times. The assistant who handled my case did so proficiently& I was able to understand everything she told me & was able to proceed with the transaction with the knowledge that I was in safe hands. When it comes to financial planning the Society acts as an introducer to Wren Sterling, a firm of independent financial advisers. We’re not in a position to advise on or arrange pensions ourselves – which is why you were unable to locate a brochure specifically about pensions during your visit to the branch. If you’d like to speak with a Wren Sterling adviser about your pension arrangements then please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange an appointment for you. During our normal branch opening hours our staff are typically available to assist customers either at the counter or – where possible – at the branch engagement zone. We are, however, very sorry if no-one was available to assist you on this occasion.
