Spoke to Nik, re. financial planning. He is excellent. We felt very , very comfortable and he was very honest and open. We are extrememly happy with the service and him demeanour. Lovely, lovely guy. I am loving the new look at Maclesfield, I know that ladies had to clean up to be ready for opening day. The seating is too low for the advisors, it must hurt their necks constantly looking up. The branch ladies should be nominated for being so customer focused. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023
