We like the face-to-face service, we like the interest rates however we had to close and withdraw a regular savers account as the interest rate are no longer competitive and we are unable to transfer the money into a new regular savers account. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

I opened a regular saver in branch and followed instructions to set-up a standing order with HSBC but was unable to do so, HSBC couldn't find the refrence, I rechecked and still couldn't set-up the standing order. Very frustrating. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
