BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 20 YEARS. UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO MAKE 2 CLAIMS, THEY ARE EFFICIENT FAIR AND FAIR PROFESSIONAL. JUST HAD THIS YEARS RENEWAL SAME PRICE AS LAST YEAR FOR SAME COVERAGE..VERY GOOD AND TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY Reviewed on: 30th July 2023

Three years ago I had problems with my caravan air vents. I had used my insurers at the time to claim for repairs to ceiling times that had been damaged by the crackef air vents. One year later the problem returned. The repairs to the air vents had been badly carried out and the company no longer existed. I was now with Leisure Days. I expected difficulties as I was claiming for a second time on a problem that had supposedly been repaired. Leisure Days were very understanding and investigated the damage. They recommended a more reliable company who carried out repairs which were covered under my new policy with Leisure Days. It was all done quickly and with little fuss. I was delighted and relieved.
