Easy to manage and a positive step forward

The application process was simple and the decision was quick. Even better than that is the care and customer service offered. The team are happy to answer questions and my experience has been positive. I completed two loans and the difference it made to my finances was positive too. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026

Really quick and efficient, the money was in my account within the hour. Rates are good too. I had been so worried about money after my car broke down at Christmas leaving me in a financial mess and my credit rating went from excellent to fair- in three months this loans has put me back into excellent and I can manage my finances on a monthly basis again now. They email me every month to remind me the money is coming out of my account; I don’t need the reminder but it is a useful tool to help people manage their money. All correspondence has been polite and clear. Can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026
