Very unprofessional. These people do NOT like it when you pay back your loan early. They don't get the interest so decline you for another. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

the customer service staff have always been there when i need it, the loans are good value for the short term and have really helped us in achieving goals such as building our credit rating and getting things done around the house. absolutely would not use any other loan provider!! 10/10 for me all round including the customer service and the level of ease when it comes to navigating payments, the website, applying etc. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
