Having dealt with Lifetime Pet Cover for the first time just recently, I am so impressed with the service as a whole. The customer service team are always so helpful and friendly over the phone and the whole process of claiming for my cat’s operation was so easy and straight forward. Recently had to contact lifetime pet cover as my dog needed surgery for an injury. Excellent advice given and each person I spoke to was very understanding and sympathetic.
