When we got Jasper from a Cattery Rescue Home he was not very well. The Charity paid for his treatment and after 2 months he was back to full heath. However 2 years later when we wanted to move to another insurance company we were told that all pre-existing conditions would not be covered! Hence we then thought we were stuck with the current provider and their ever increasing costs. Not with Lifetime Pet Cover. Any pre-existing condition that had not returned within 24 months would be covered! Superb. Great price and great comms in the phone from an ever increasing and popular insurance care company. I hope they stay like this and continue to care for the owner and the pet rather than just profits. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 16th August 2019
