Easy and straight forward

When processing my recent claim, it was made super easy and straight forward by the great customer service. It was minimal contact needed after that as everything was either emailed or posted to me. i had to put a claim in last year and i knew my ins would go up,which it did!, but instead of going with another ins company i decided to write and ask if they could do a better price for me,, which they listened and came up with a few alternatives and i got sorted out with them again so yes i think they have been fair and most of all they have "listened" Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

My pets are part of the family and are treated like children so if they are unwell I worry and with lifetime pet cover I have peace of mind that if anything should go wrong they will be taken care of. the insurance is great in case of any emergency or long term illness.
