Comprehensive cover with value for money premiums.

After being with a well known insurance company and 10 Years of extortionist price hikes with minimum claims, I searched for an alternate. Lifetime Pet Cover offers a comprehensive cover and at a much better price. Big is not always best, a small genuine company, well done! Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

First class pet cover.

I have had to claim for my BSD Groendael as he had an allergy to something. Lifetime pet cover has paid out direct to my vet with no problems at all. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Excellent customer service with quick reply on claims

I made a claim when my pup became ill, I was put at ease straight away when the claim form was emailed to me while I was on the phone with their customer service team, so I was able to bring it straight to my vet to fill in their part. After that the vet and lifetime pet cover dealt with each other without any more input from me. It was excellent customer service and put my mind at ease straight away. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

It was very easy to sign up for Lifetime Pet Cover and the cover offered is certainly much better than other providers. And making a claim was also hassle free, just a simple form for the vets to fill in and very prompt payment.
