Fabulous, friendly fur-baby protection

I am so so glad I chose lifetime to protect my fur-baby, the staff are what makes the company and the case handler for my Frenchie Paris has been incredibly knowledgable throughout my claim and continued to show this every time I submit her continuation claims. Lifetime are a great company with wonderful options for you and your fur-family and have fantastic customer service; I will continue to use them for my girl and any fur-babies I adopt in the future! Initially great but beware of claiming

My dog fractured her pelvis and required 5 days care and pain relief for several weeks, costing c£2.5k. I had been paying £40 a month for 3 years, for £8k of cover. There was no problem making the claim, was paid quickly and was not contested. But as the renewal came at the end of the year, my new monthly ‘lifetime cover’ had more than doubled to £90 per month for the same amount of cover. Therefore forcing me to drop the amount of cover. I now get 3k worth of cover for £45 per month.. they take advantage of loyalty. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019
