First claim no problems

I had to claim for my dogs toe to be amputated due to cancer. The whole process of claiming was hassle free and anyone I spoke to was more than helpful. It made a stressful time much easier. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

I have found Lifetime Pet insurers helpful, efficient and easy to deal with.

Two dealings. Once was when my pet died and I was given a refund on the years premium. Secondly. Another pet had to have an operation and an insurance claim for him was easy to undertake with Lifetime Insurance. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Ok but not the best value for money

I didn’t have an issue and didn’t need to claim so cannot comment on the customer service but the premium seemed a lot more expensive than other highly reviewed companies. I was also quoted a lot more than my previous premium to stay with lifetime pet cover which I was surprised by given the fact I hadn’t made any claims. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Successful claim so all happy

We signed up with Lifetime for a number of our pets as other insurance premiums were getting very high. Soon after our oldest dog was diagnosed with a liver condition which cost ~£6,000. Initially lifetime rejected the claim however after some to and fro and supporting evidence from our vet they honored the claim and have also continued to fund the ongoing treatment. It's hard to evaluate insurers unless you have made a claim, however I can say that having made a claim, and showing our case Lifetime were good at reversing their initial decision quickly and providing us with the balance of the claim. The renewal price for our dog wasn't unrealistic either which was our concern so again Lifetime have done the right thing by us. I would have given all stars for the review other than the initial trouble we had with having the claim accepted. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Everytime I have needed to telephone whoever I have spoken to have been friendly and knowledgeable. My cat has had health problems this year and is now on permanent meds. I have been dealt with promptly and with no fuss. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

When my previous dog was taken ill suddenly and died all on the same day last year this insurance company were very compassionate and dealt with the claim extremely quickly. When we had a new dog this year I didn't look at other insurance companies because I knew I wanted the best. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019
