Quick, efficient, helpful.

We made our first claim this year, as our dog needed to have a couple of teeth removed after her annual dental checqk. We weren't even sure the cost of the operation would be covered, but were happy to discover it was. Vet bills are never cheap, so it was great to be able to claim some of it back. Previous insurance kept going up so did some research as nothing is more worrying in case you pet becomes ill or is injured and life time pet insurance covered everything and more for our family pet, we feel very confident and reassured that it anything went wrong our beloved pet would be covered and well looked after this has given us great piece of mind Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

When I needed to make a claim when my dog was really poorly after swallowing part of a stick. The staff I spoke to were so helpful in advising me on my claim process and I was paid out fairly quickly. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019
