Had a problem with my boy with gastroenteritis

Had to take my male dachshund to an out of hours emergency appointment and another appointment at normal veterinary practice for check over, more injections and antibiotics, in less than 24 hour I payed £255 for his treatment, rang Lifetime Pet Cover and they were so sympathetic and understanding. Sent out claims form straight away, I liked how you werent harassed by them ringing you asking numerous questions like most companies around and I was refunded the full money (excluding excess) very quickly. Super transparent and understanding, for the most part.

We’ve had a great time with Lifetime — they’ve paid out quickly when they said they would. They’re very transparent and for the most part incredibly helpful, we’ve only ever had one bad experience with a member of customer services in the year and 7 months we’ve been with Lifetime.
