Knowledgeable, efficient and value for money

Fortunate not to have had to use the insurance on our dog. But, when called up to discuss taking out a policy felt valued as a person and the coverage was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable cost. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Cancer treatment

Last year we found a lump on our Cocker Spaniel’s back & thought it was just a cyst. Unfortunately, it was cancer & after 2 treatments costing £3K, we received money back through Lifetime within 3 weeks. It was horrible to go through, but at least cost never entered our mind, knowing we had the best insurance for Orla. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

They couldn’t cover me for one of my dog’s conditions, but paid out very promptly for a claim that could have been seen as part of that condition by another insurer. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Their underwriters went bankrupt in December but they kept it quiet until customers like myself had to make a claim, and only after calling them to chase up my claim did they then tell me. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
