Affordable and reliable pet insurance

The Lifetime Pet Cover helped me cover a very high vet bill without any problems (sadly I lost my little kitten to a terminal illness, but at least I didn't have to worry about the payments). Brilliant for young and older pets

We rehomed two older dogs and as many people know most insurers are reluctant to cover older pets. Lifetime pet cover were happy to cover our new family members and have been very reasonable in paying claims made. A great big thumbs up. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

They have been fantastic, it's in my price range as well and I have comfort knowing my cat is completely covered, lifetime pet insurance are fantastic when u call them and they are always polite and understanding no matter he situation, I have recommended them to a few friends of minequality aswell Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

I don’t usually leave reviews but the service we’ve had has been superb. Usually insurance companies quibble and try to wriggle out of making payments but not lifetime pet cover- even receipts sent in quite some time after they should have been were paid. When I renewed insurance for our terrier and took out insurance for a new puppy there was a link for a tracker which to be honest I ignored thinking I’d never use it. Several months down the line the terrier puppy kept going missing - a quick call to lifetime pet cover and they resent the link so I could claim the trackers- really didn’t need to but great customer service- thank you. Good cover that doesnt cost the world

Having 2 kitties it’s important that they’re both covered adequately if they fall ill without it costing the earth, especially when one is a pedigree. I’ve been with Lifetime for a couple of years now and recently had to claim, I sent everything off and they sent the money from the claim over really quickly and I had no issues sorting it with them. I pay under £25pm for both mine when previously I was paying that for 1 cat with a different provider and same level of cover. Very happy with lifetime and intend to stick with them long term :) Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
