My experience so far has been pleasant. The process of getting a quote and adjusting the policy details to our needs was easy and straight forward. And for what my dog is covered for, it is definitely value for money. I cannot comment on the ease of the claim process as I have yet to do this. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

We unfortunately have a very poorly dog who has needed a lot of treatment over the last couple of years. I was really worried about making a claim but Lifetime pet cover has made the claims process very easy and simple. I’ve also had to call customer services a couple of times and both times I have been quick to get through and the customer service has been great. Making the process stressfree during a very stressful time is a huge benefit and one less thing to worry about. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
