Ok but not good enough

Had a great price when I first went to them, but the premium for next years insurance has jumped hugely so will get cover elsewhere. The underwriter for the insurance went bankrupt and I heard lots of people struggled to get their claim paid when a new company was found. I haven't had to make a claim with these but after the whole bankruptcy issue I don't feel happy to continue with them. Reviewed on: 15th July 2019

Non payment for approved claim

Despite your previous comments stating that funds have been released for dec/January claims, Trent Services have today told me this has not happened, so lots of your customers are still waiting reimbursement and this is affecting on going treatment for our pets. I had to rate one star as it wouldn't accept none. Reviewed on: 13th February 2019

Really easy to set up and arrange the insurance for our older dog.
