No fuss- just good cover!

Claimed over £3k, for my dog when she broke her pelvis, they dealt directly with the vets and contacted me when it was done. Even returned £80 to me that I was unaware I have over paid in the initial excess! Great service would recommend. Reviewed on: 18th September 2018

No issues, quick decision, easy contact

I am very satisfied with the service provided. I lost my beloved kitten, but at least didn’t have to worry about the high vet bill. Of course I still had to pay the excess fee as well as the cost of euthanasia and cremation, but it was clearly stated in th policy so no surprises (they pay back the purchase price up to certain amount too). In general, affordable and reliable pet insurance. Reviewed on: 17th September 2018

Great experience so far!

I rang another company to begin with and they were so much more expensive and so unhelpful. I then rang through to Lifetime and spoke to Jade.
