Moved from petplan to LPC

I was with Petplan, but they did not recognise a 2 year space with no treatment as a basis for lifetime cover. My puppy ingested an object and had to have surgery followed by more surgery - this is fairly common in puppies of this breed. Petplan did pay for the first surgery, and eventually pay up on the second surgery after some resistance. However now as an adult dog Riley has very much calmed down and I have reinsured him with LPC at a cheaper premium, and with life cover. Im delighted that an insurance company recognises that lifetime cover is not always applicable and should be time limited. I 100 percent recommend LPC Reviewed on: 13th September 2017

Competitive price, superb experience

I received hard copy renewal notification 2 weeks in advance which, after comparison, proved favourable. I called to put both pets on one policy and the customer experience was a pleasure due to efficient and polite assistance. Will definitely recommend Reviewed on: 11th September 2017

Best value for money and fantastic service

My vets recommended Lifetime Petcover to me after having gone through an extremely stressful experience with another insurer, when making a previous claim for my dog Lennie. Speaking to them on the phone was a completely different experience and I still can not get over the price I now pay for the quality of cover you receive - especially for an older dog. Knowing they will take on pre-existing conditions is also a massive plus! The people at Lifetime Petcover have restored my faith in Pet Insurance and I would not want to be with anyone else. 10/10!
